Confidash

Privacy

Confidash is in early access. This page says plainly what we store, why, and who can see it.

What we store

  • The resume you upload: the file, and the text we extract from it.
  • The microphone recording of your answers.
  • The transcript of each interview.
  • Your report, and the communication metrics computed from the recording.
  • Your profile: display name, college, degree, class year and headline.

Why

Only to run your interview and produce your report and metrics. Sarah reads your resume so she can ask about your projects. The recording is what filler words, pauses and pace are measured from.

Who sees what

Only you can see your transcripts, recordings and reports. They are never shown to anyone else.

The leaderboard and your public profile show your display name, college, degree, class year, headline and scores, and only while visibility is on in Settings. Turn it off and you disappear from both.

Third-party processing

To run the interview and the analysis, audio and text are sent to OpenAI, Deepgram and the configured voice provider. They process it to produce the interviewer’s replies, the transcript and the evaluation.

Deletion

Data deletion is available on request while we are in early access; a self-serve delete button is on the roadmap.
